Fresh Tomato and Basil Sauce with Pasta
12oz. spaghetti (i like thin spaghetti)
1/4 cup olive oil
5 garlic cloves, chopped
(i add in 2 chopped zucchini)
6 vine-ripe or roma tomatoes, chopped
3/4 cup torn fresh basil leaves or about 1 Tbs. dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt
sprinkle with pepper
grated Parmesan cheese
heat oil in skillet. add garlic and zucchini; cook a few minutes. take off heat and add 1 Tbs. more olive oil.
Mix everything all together and enjoy.
