MineCon Minecraft Zombie photo booth – EEK!

November 23, 2011 | By | No Comments

While I’m not much of a video gamer myself, I was really looking forward to MineCon, after the famous Bui Brothers asked me to set up the lighting and manage the cool Minecraft-themed photo booth they created for the conference. I am grateful to my friend Chelsea Nicole, who hooked us up. All 1,700 photos will be posted to the Minecraft Facebook page in the near future.

Las Vegas Woman Magazine Cover

I am honored to have been invited to shoot yet another magazine cover – this time for the Winter 2011-2012 issue of Las Vegas Woman Magazine. Great big thanks to everyone involved in this shoot, especially publisher Tammy Shaw Shaffer for making it happen.

We gathered in the beautiful & chic Blue Martini Lounge in Town Square, Las Vegas. Shannen cordoned off one of the bar areas, and we shot and had fun for several hours. Incredibly, all the while we were shooting, Shannen continued to manager her staff. That’s some serious multi-tasking!

To see some out-takes – photos that almost made it to the cover – check out this Facebook gallery below this main photo. And while you’re at it, check out my other work on my Facebook fan page. 😉

Thanks to everyone, and I can’t wait ’til the next time we work together.

Las Vegas Real Estate Business Card Headshots – Before & After

July 1, 2011 | By | 3 Comments

I was so happy to be able to help Las Vegas Realtor Nina Gallagher recently. She and her colleagues had shot one another’s headshots in the office.

I came to Nina’s location, and within 15 or 20 minutes had created dozens of gorgeous new headshots for her to choose from. Within a day I had posted them to an online viewing gallery for Nina to choose her favorites, which I then worked on to get even closer to perfection.

Here’s what her business card looks like Before & After. To see details of costs and group discounts, as well as many more examples of Styles of photography, check out this link here.

Viva Las Vegas – A Calendar Tribute

Elvis-Pink-Cadillac-Las-Vegas-Chapel-Tribute-Calendar

Constance and Brandon are two of the most gracious and likeable – not to mention two of the hottest – people I have ever had the pleasure to photograph. The work here was done recently for an appreciation calendar put together by my good friend Diane Schiller, owner of Renta Dress & Tux Shop, one of the best places in Vegas to get couture gowns or tuxes in a hurry.

Above is a scan of the back page of  the calendar. Below is a gallery of some of my favorite photos with this totally hot couple. My favoritest of all (favoritest? 😉 ) is the series of Constance and Brandon luxuriating in and hottifying this fabulous pink Elvis cadillac. Pure Vegas. Pure fun.
